I. purpose
Enhancing walkie-talkie use and custody of and improve the quality of the interphone.
II. scope of application
Applies to all posts allotted XX community radio.
III. responsibilities
(A) are not allowed to use the intercom to talk about and work-related things.
(B) seriously do radio interfaces so as to prevent problems with time shifting of responsibilities.
(3) comply with the "who's using, who custody; who damaged, who is responsible for" principle.

V. working procedures
(A) according to the post needs a walkie-talkie dispensed.
(2) intercom in the replacement battery power when you must turn off and switch on the host, protect and extend the walkie-talkie service life.
(Iii) the battery is not always replaced, you must set time (8-10 hours) rotate or has no power of replacement.
