12.1 General provisions

12.1.3 residential construction intellectualization system's basic configuration should meet the following requirements:

2. to configure communication access system.
3, to configure the telephone switching system.
4. to configure information network system.
5, to configure the cabling system.
6, cable television systems should be configured.
7, to configure the public broadcasting system
8, to configure the property information management system.
9, to configure the system for building equipment management.
10, automatic fire alarm system should be consistent with existing national fire safety norms.
11, security and protection system should be consistent with existing national standards for the security and protection engineering specification GB50348.

12.2 residential
12.2.1 household configuration meets the following requirements:
