Building intelligent engineering design and construction of qualification standards

1. General provisions

II. standard

(A) level

1. corporate credit

(1) have independent qualifications;

(2) has a good social credibility and there is a corresponding economic strength, the business and the registered capital of not less than $ 8 million, net assets less than $ 960;

2. technical criteria

4. supplementary provisions
