① selection of type of measuring instrument are not appropriate;
② test hole in the duct parts does not meet the requirements;
③ test hole in the duct cross-section distribution is not uniform;
④ determination officer operation error;
⑤ measurement instrumentThe accuracy of measurement and identification has been made;
⑥ the dynamic pressure values do not meet the requirements calculated finish.
